Pat Kelly was great to work with. He understood my vision for the designs and offered superb advice on alterations or improvements to make the finished product even better than I had imagined.  His team of general contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, granite and tile men are all top notch. I am a very particular homeowner and I was extremely pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of all his colleagues.  During the middle of the renovation project I had to leave town for a month due to a work project. Pat and his team continued to work through the project in my absence.  Finding a  contractor you can trust to work in your home during your absence is the find of the century!  I can also say that you would never know my house has been through a major construction project. Pat was very diligent in protecting my floors, furniture, and other possessions during the construction process. I would trust his team with all of my home renovation and  construction projects.

Extraordinary. On time with a very aggressive schedule to begin and the worst December weather in Charleston in decades. Internal and external architectural carpentry details provided by contractor were nothing short of visionary. Contractor aggressively sought energy saving techniques to include foam insulation from second floor boards through the complete ceiling rafter structure. LED lighting technology used throughout. Contractor's carpenter team was the best I have seen- dependable and talented to the point of artistic. Electrical,plumbing, roofing (metal) and HVAC subs were extremely talented and competent. Great business communication providedby the contractor- both financial and operational (no surprises whatsoever) ...... Knowing the business well, I had completely renovated my primary residence in Falls Church, VA while doing the design and contracting for same, I have never encountered a contractor or team as competent and professional as Kelly Builders- Carolina. This was a journey I would gladly take again.
